Eye spacing looks way worse in mirror than in group photos?

High ipd (70-71 mm) but also wide face (147 mm) with high pfl (36 mm). 0.48ish esr. Basically my ipd looks like shit in selfies and back cam pics from 2 feet away (and okay but clearly not ideal in the mirror) but looks very normal in group photos. Lens distortion plays a part, but am I just getting too picky in the mirror?

36 mm pfl is insane but 71 mm is very bad

Would you say it's possible that I'm being too nitpicky in the mirror and I'm not getting a holistic view like the group pics?
