Eye Surgeons in the U.S

I'm looking to get Canthoplasty and Upper Ptosis Repair (a version of Almond Eye Surgery). From what I understand, Dr. Taban and Dr. Massry are the two best. But both of them are booked out 6 months in advance JUST FOR VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS. I was able to schedule virtual consults with Vreck, Douglas, and Abboud for later this month.

Are there any Eye Surgeons in the U.S that I should consider other than those 3?
