eye surgery (high iq)

Planning to fix my sub 3 eye area, besides that I have no major flaws.

-ptosis repair (medically evaluated already)
-orbital decompression (aesthetic only) and only 1 wall for less risks
-lateral canthoplasty to counteract orbital decompression+ increase PFL again
-lower eyelid retraction repair with spacer grafts
-fat grafting supraorbital against upper eyelid exposure (pretarsal platform show) at clinic in bangkok
and fat grafting under eyes and maybe later infraorbital implants but i think it looks uncanny and i will already have positive orbital vector after orbital decompression.

What do y’all think? @ anyone with knowledge regarding my surgery plan
