Eye surgery is a meme?

Everybody is always talking about how they wanna get eye surgery at taban. But on the whole internet i could only find 2 eyes transformations on non deformed young guys. Where are before and after pictures?
Is it even possible to come close a male models eye region with surgery? I mean there are a handful of good jaw and cheek implant cases out there, but almost none with eyes. Are there maybe any other surgeons out there?

These results are overdone, and performed in 3 world country. I saw great results from european clinics, but always females.
