eye surgery questions.

is it even worth operating on a fucked up eye area? is it better to stay "natural" and skip the surgeries and live a miserable life or work and save for operations to look uncanny but possibly better looking? i feel like my eye area is so fucked that the second option is the only option there is to keep sanity. i have completely hollow orbits, negative canthal tilt, negative orbital vectors, and slight scleral show. i wouldnt want to waste a bunch of money to try and "subtly adjust those little problems", id want a real difference because having this shit eye area affects you so much in day to day life its utter hell. also what are the risks of some of these operations for the eye area? canthoplasty/pexy, fat grafts, infraorbital implants etc..
