Eye surgery

I am suffering from a wide eye spacing and my medial canthus is not downturned and my orbitals are rounded and recessed.

Am wondering if anyone has these problems and how to fix them, am kinda scared of surgery because its so risky but it has a so big impact on my life.

if your ipd is bad, there is no way around obo, if its only the icd you might get away with soft tissue augmentation and maybe some implants. Either way, there is no way around surgery, the only question is how invasive it will be

If your ipd is too narrow you can give the illusion of wider eyes with filler but no way around wide set eyes

1.2 what? Inches? normal icd is around 30-35mm...

Filler where? Last thing you want for a narrow ipd is a wide skull

Filler where? Last thing you want for a narrow ipd is a wide skull

I heard filler can be put between the eyes to slightly make them look bigger
