Eye wrinkles when i smile

I have upturned eyes
when i smile these wrinkles form around my eyes and they actually push up my lateral canthus and it looks very shit (u cant see the real shitness rn since im looking upwards and have okay ish uue, whats the reason and how do i fix it? Eyes red bcs im on 2 hrs of sleep jfl

It seems like you reduced fat around the eye area ,i could def go tell you to do a fat graft operation but first staft softmax with the followings :
8-10 hours of night time sleep
Sunscreen spf50 ( and around the eye area cuz UV causes wrinkles in sensitive areas such as around the eyes )
Vollufiline 92% + 1% isoleucine serum twice a day
Vitamin C+ hyaluronic acid twice a day in different time than vollufiline
Moisturize cream before sleep
Ghk-cu peptide ( injections no topical ofc)
Mark as solution
