Both matter a fuck ton, and shape is more often than not more important color.
This is because while having very ideal, light colored eyes can sometimes compensate for unideal shape, ideal shape will always compensate for lack of light color.

Also ideal eye shape usually implies many other attractive facial features, as they are usually the result of good cheeckbones and overall facial structure.
