Eyebags and smile line problems

I have terrible eyebags and smile lines is there any way i could fix it without peps, surgeries etc.

My infras are on the positive side and im not fat i workout and i also have pretty visible abs i think my eyebags are caused by lack of sleep cuz i sleep like 5 hr a day
