I have terrible under eye support. I have lots of discoloration under the eye and big bags. Any fix? Im 15 years and 5 months old.

NO. I mean yes, but the retinol has to be specifically made for the undereye area, if it's to strong it'll just make the issue worse, retinol is too strong to be applied in the undereye area, and it is also toxic to your tear and oil glands in your eyes.

Looks like you have a lot of factors at play... bad undereye support, pigmentation and fluid accumulation.

Not much you can do about the undereye support thing other than implants, filler or fat grafting.

When it comes to fluid accumulation thats more about overall lifestyle changes, avoiding bloating, inflammation, being properly hydrated, etc.

Now for your pigmentation, I would try an eye-formulated retinol, and a vitamin C serum, probably hydroquinone as a last resort but used very carefully. You canot apply the same actives on your whole face as you do in your undereye because of thin and delicate that area is.
