Is it possible to minimise these types of eye bags completely ( injections), and if so, how?
No amount of “good sleep” with fix this, they’re genetic. But if there’s a way to mitigate the puffiness, especially in the morning?

thats bs. use retinol it getsrid of wrinkles and gives skin that youthful look

Fillers placed directly underneath the eye alone or any creams usually do little to treat these sort of eyes. That amount of under eye bulging is usually the result of a lack of supporting bone. You'll need to find some way to surround the eye with more mass (be it through fillers or implants) or have the eyes themselves be placed farther into the skull (orbital decompression)

Through implants:

Through implant + filler (the implant however seems to only add anterior projection instead of lateral like the one on top so this result looks kinda dog water)

Depends on the type. If the bone is already there then it might be due to a lack of fat storage below the eye. For which one can use filler. Usually these kind just look dark/baggy but not buggy. If they look buggy then they'll need some form of implant/filler or decompression

It has nothing to do with fat. It's lack of bone below the eye socket. Very common today, especially in women

well theyre not as bad as in the image irl for me. however you can see them, in close up flash photos, evidently at times. therefore any solution should remove them completely

Bad under-eye support, but it's kinda difficult to assess your bone structure due to lack of definition. All I can say is I looked worse at 14
