I have noticeable eye bags since I was 11yo (Im 16 now). I sleep a lot since im on summer, and I’ve been using caffeine serum on both eye bags morning and night since last week. How could I fix them? Also, how do I get those like little puffy bump under the eyes? (My eye bags arent very noticeable in this picture due to lighting) (usually the left eye (left on the photo too) is worse. Thank you.
