Ive has eyebags since i was 4 years old, fucking ugly big ass genetic eyebags with dark circles because im fucking alergic. Now im getting surgery but this guy says i got sunken eyes and if he removes the fat it will get worse, what the fuck should I do im so confused.

If its because you're allergic, antihistamines like cetirizine or loratadine might help.

Surgical options are fat grafting, or fillers w hyaluronic acid, both have some negatives to them, or just fat repositioning even.
