the only real way to directly and permanently remove eyebags is fat repositioning with lower blepharoplasty. anything else is a temporary plaster that doesnt directly adress the issue. mark as solution

If they are small and look blue-ish, it's caused by vasodilation and it can be fixed by applying 5% caffeine eye serum

If the dark circles are big, its caused by infraorbital recession and can only be fixed by either infraorbital rim implants or fat grafting to that area
