Eyebrow and beard dye that lasts longer than a week?

I use that male beard dye for my eyebrows, beard, mustache etc..

But it only lasts like a week before it fades away.

But when girls get their hair dyed brown, it stays that way for months?

How can I get the same dye that they have? or where should i go to get this done?

Maybe slightly, and im quite paranoid about it. Good thing eyebrow transplants are relatively cheap
