You can use normal hair dye on your eyebrows, doesn't really matter

People say beard dye is better for lashes because it contains less harsh chemicals allegedly, but I doubt it makes a difference, just don't get it anywhere inside ur eyes or you'll be in pain for a while

Your lashes fall out a lot and regrow quickly, so the duration of the dye barely matters
