Eyebrow and eyelid lifting

Why is this surgery not more common for looksmaxxers? I think a surgeon should just go more conservative on a male eye, and only slightly improve the nct and maybe raise the outer arch a bit. Of course the eyelid exposure will get bigger, but for bug eyed guys the improvement would still be great. Maybe the surgeon could only tighten the skin for a positive canthal tilt, and not raise the eyebrows at all.
