Eyebrow cowlick asymmetrical

Are eyebrow cowlick be able to grow on other side if you don't have it in the other side .My left eyebrow got cowlick but my right side aren't.That the only thing that made me assymetrical beside that I'm symmetry.

Any help?? For eyebrow growth
