Im asuming u want to use castor oil for hair growth? I wouldnt recomend using it tho. The evidence on ir promoting hair growth ir really lacking. I would just go with oral minoxidil or if ur scared topical. Dyed eyebrows are meant to withstand water so it should withstand any oil. I use an eyebrow pencil and i use it right after putting minoxidil and it doesnt seem to make anything different, its not the same situation. I think u can safely put the oil, just be gentle.

in my opinion castor oil only inrpoves the quality of your current brows, if you want growth use topical minoxodil.


but yeah there are no problems using castor oil with dye if that was your question
