ive always had thin ass eyebrows and lashes that are barely visible and i need to grow them at least a little thicker

whats the best way to grow both? ive heard of latisse but ppl say it has eye area fat loss or sum shit. others say minoxidil but ive heard ull lose the gains after stopping it. is oral minoxidil the best choice or is there anything else better thats permanent or actually works and isnt cope like castor oil (some say)?

some1 pls help me out, i dont really care about any minor health affects as long as it isnt too severe and doesnt affect my appearance
