Eyebrow growth, unsure on best methods

I want to grow my eyebrows thicker and closer together, they seem quite far apart, what is the best way about this, I am aware of oral minoxidil but apparently it can bloat for the first 1-3 months of taking it, is oral minoxidil worth it or not, is there any other methods I can use to grow them closer together?
