what is lamination?
it’s basically a “perm” for your eyebrows (it doesn’t curl your eyebrows) it relaxes the hairs so that you can brush the hairs up, set them in a cleaner way and make them a fuller shape.
it’s a SEMI permanent treatment that makes your eyebrows stay in a more brushed up and “uniform” position.
what is tinting?
this is pretty straightforward… so i dont think you need such an explanation on it.
if you do both together it’ll be a good upgrade to your eye area.
what does it do?
fixes messy, patchy and downward brows. gives you a more “polished” look without doing much (takes 45 minutes - an hour).
it’s also really good if you already have thick/bushy brows.
actual benefits that i’ve noticed:
better eye area harmony. my eyebrows look a lot better in pictures (no weird ass hairs sticking out/up and all that bs brah).
it will make the whole “fluffy eyebrows” look simpler.
it’ll also make styling your brows a lot easier.
how to do it?
the best way is to actually go get it done by a professional of course. but it’s gonna cost you some bucks and knowing most of the user base you probably don’t wanna do all that.
if you actually do it this is what they will do to you:
they’ll clean up your brows and map them out.
apply some lifting cream then brush into ideal shape and set.
then apply the tint.
by the end = shape up then just some sprays..
the prices will be different depending on where you are but it’s usually around 60-90$ (sometimes even cheaper) and if i’m being honest it’s worth it..
this is a simple thread i wanted to make. i’ll make the DIY version soon (probably right after i wake up).
EXTRA INFO DONT SKIP IF YOU’RE GONNA GET IT DONE:
this is how you should take care of it for the first day/24 hours.
make sure not to touch it ofc. NO WATER! and no sweat. use some brow oils (not always needed but if you wanna go the extra mile then do it for better results). if you use retinol make sure not to get it on ur brows.
