I wanna do any type of eyebrow lowering surgery, however this is a very uncommon surgery and I’ve done some research and I couldn’t find any way to do it that’s not Botox and I want permanent results.

My question is: Is there any safe Surguries for eyebrow lowering? Like removing skin etc
