Can u lower your eyebrows by growing them as much as possible?

possibly, with grooming it correctly, shape down upper part and keep lower part, this will help just a little and give a good illusion, but it really depends on how tall your eyebrow placement is

id say they are mid set. im about to buy minoxidil and dye them again. this is my natural length

Gradually lower the arch while using minoxidil and you will see improvement,but dont thin them too much
