Eyebrow shape

Basically I dislike my eyebrows. It’s kinda thicky but not really and bushy. I already plucked it a lot and it looks so much better bht still not satisfied. I want my mom’s eyebrows that looks clean and thin but I got my dad’s eyebrows that looks bushy. Any safe way to do this other than plucking? For reference my mom’s eyebrows are kinda similar to Chico in this pic
