Eyebrow shedding caused my minoxidil

So I used minoxidil (5% liquid form) on my eyebrows for 3 months and I noticed some improvement but I stopped because of all the collagen shit. I read somewhere on the forum that shedding caused by minoxidil is permanent if you stop applying it. So if I won't use minoxidil again it won't grow back? I hope that's not true

Combine it with retin a.If you have bad or average brows,use it till they get thick.After that stop and continue with collagen journey.Probably not.
