Eyebrow surgery Advice, is it over?

My eyebrows are super arched and I was wondering if there is a surgery to push the arched part down? Any suggestions? I don't need the retarded "just own it bro" or "people style their brows like yours." I know it looks bad and I've been using topical minoxidil to try and thicken the brow so I can shape it to be flatter, but I don't think it will give me the results I need.
