Somerhalder has the first one and his eye area mogs hard /girls love him just for his eyes ( jaw being secondary), zurzolo another with somewhat round eyes w droopy eyelids but brows make him special looking
I’d even take positive brows w neutral tilt than neutral brows and positive tilt depending on the face
