Eyebrow tilt

Would positive eyebrows be more likely to have positive canthal tilt? Negative eyebrows nct? I read somewhere that eyebrow tilt relies on supraorbital (brow) tilt so I'd imagine that, with ideal development, the limit of the canthal tilt would rely on the brow tilt.

But brows aren't that postive tilted just a bit

i have positive eyebrows but neutral tilt but i blame my environment for that. theres two ppl that come to my mind when i think of positive tilted eyebrows and neutral tilt, ian somerhalder and tyson balou
