• use minoxidil
• use castor oil
• use latisse
• do microneedling in combination with castor oil or hyaluron
• get an eyebrow transplant
• use an eyebrow pencil for men

If your eyebrows are light - Dye brown/black and use eyebrow pencil to thicken if need be
If you eyebrows are too thin and small - Use minoxidil, derma stamp and Castor oil if past puberty, castor oil + derma stamp if still in puberty. Do not use latisse

Microneedling needs to be done professionally. That looks like a derma stamp
