Is it possible to go from having average thickness eyebrows with neutral tilt to dark and slightly PCT eyebrows with medium length? Something like Robert Pattinson or KJ Apa's are ideal imo:

Botox and microblading

Isn't microblading just tattooing the skin basically to give the appearance of hair? It seems like this wouldn't work for getting thick eyebrows like those... Also how much would this cost in combination with the Botox and how much would it cost to die the eyebrows black? Mine are dark-ish brown currently but just dying them black alone (I've done this on Photoshop) would be a pretty big improvement
