Eyebrows and lashes - when too much

So generally when it comes to eyebrows and lashes, the denser/bushier and longer, the better, as far as I understand. But what is the sign that they are too long, too bushy, etc.? What is the upper limit to it?

Id think is that simple. Is Colin Farrell level eyebrows still a halo or does it become a failo at this.point?

I doubt you'd be able to grow them to such a point where it becomes a failo, but if your eyelashes start making you look feminine then thats the limit I guess
