Only things u can rlly do, other than surgery, are hopping on test to grow a brow ridge and never raising ur eyebrows. I haven’t raised my eyebrows in like a year and my eyebrows are noticeably now lower set, although it won’t work too much.
Also wearing a ball cap to push down the eyebrows works

It is called 'Upper Eyelid Exposure' and you can either do fat grafting or surgery where they remove a bit of skin, or you can temporarily reduce the UEE by using 'Oxymetazoline' ( Research this boyo ).

You can do illusions by growing out the eyebrows using 5% Minoxidil and Dermastamp, and grow out lashes (Brimatoplast)
