All of you will have picked both on the right (if not kys) :)
Theres only one difference in the comparison - eyebrows

Good eyebrows basically frame your eyes. If they’re thicker and shaped well, your eye area looks stronger and more striking. It also makes your gaze look more intense and attractive overall. thin or sparse brows do the opposite and make your eyes look kind of flat, dull and weak

Eyelashes
Now while some may think its feminine, longer eyelashes on a male is actually very beneficial to your looks as well
It can hide UEE (Upper eyelid exposure) and also create more contrast in the eye area

How to actually improve them (no cope bs)

Minoxidil (eyebrows)
easily the best thing you can use. It’s not some theory, it actually works, and has tons of research and science behind it. it essentially works by widening blood vessels (vasodilation) to increase blood flow and nutrient supply to hair follicles, which strengthens existing hair and encouraging new growth. If you use it consistently you’ll start seeing small hairs come in after a few weeks and then over a couple of months they get thicker and more noticeable. It can fill in gaps and make your brows look way fuller. This is one of the few things that isn’t cope.

Latisse (eyelashes)
For eyelashes, the only thing that really gives noticeable growth is prostaglandin analogues like bimatoprost (Latisse). That’s what actually increases length and thickness properly. Clinical studies show clear improvements in lash and even eyebrow growth over time with consistent use. it basically pushes hairs into a longer growth phase.
The downside is there are risks people don’t talk about enough. PGA's can actually cause orbital fat loss which can make them look more hollow, and sometimes darkening of the skin. If you're new then its not worth risking what looks like recessed infraorbitals for slightly better lashses.

Peptide and lash/brow serums
Serums are not as strong as minox or bimatoprost for hair growth and new follicle growth, but it still works better then other copes. They’re not useless, they can make lashes and brows look a bit healthier and maybe slightly fuller over time, but don’t expect anything dramatic from them.

COPES

Castor oil, Argon oil, Rosemary oil, all have extremely weak evidence
"There is weaker evidence for castor oil improving hair quality by increasing hair luster, and no strong evidence supporting its use for hair growth or treatment of infestation. Argan oil does not have any significant evidence supporting its use to improve hair growth, quality, or treatment of infestation"
