Eyebrows maxxing problem

Hey guys, I’ve been using 5% minoxidil for about 3-4 months now. My eyebrows look better and are thicker, but I’ve noticed a problem

I haven’t seen any major changes in the past few weeks. Does this mean I’ve maxed out the results?
Also Is there anything else I can use instead of minoxidil?
