Eyebrows styling

I've been working on my eyebrows for sometime, as I've always struggled with growth of eyebrows, im half black and I guess we just don't grow eyebrows as well as others LOL, anyways I've managed to get them to this, I have many small hairs growing in the middle and on the outer edges of my brows, my shape and size are pretty assymetrical, I just wanted help with styling etc,

should I keep this height or go shorter, should I keep straight brows or attempt to create a more positive look my removing the hairs under.

any help is greatly appreciated.

why are they so short grow them more
