There's a limit to it, which I suppose he's hit. Also, it really depends on other features. If you have NCT and positive eyebrows, you'll probably look retarded.

Not much you can really do to my knowledge, all you could really do is get surgery. I doubt it would be expensive, and it isn't that invasive.

His eye area is great, his eyebrows aren't that positively tilted, a better example would be drago
He has literally everything else, and his eye area still would look better with neutral imo. Plus, his NCT isn't strong.
