a white would gain 0,25psl going from having brown to blue eyes

cope, i've been complimented on my eyecolor before. The only reason I had a qt latina gf in 8th grade is because I was the only white kid in my middle school, and had exotic coloring (green eyes) whereas everyone else had shitskin brown eyes. I used to get compliments on my eyecolor all the time. You with your eyecolor would not have had that experience.

What race of ethnics specifically though? And wouldn't light blue eyes be the biggest halo instead of just "any other eye color"?

Maybe if you're darkskinned black, but I doubt anyone looks at a sub-normie Indian or Latino with green eyes and thinks "Wow, what a slayer" at first sight.
