anw how to maintain eye contact w ppl n how long should i do so? like when im talking to smone how long should i look at them, how long should i look away, how do i even bring myself to make eye contact w ppl, etc.

When girls are looking at me i immediately look away bc i always think that they are making fun of of me. Once i was ignoring a girl bc she was always staring at me and couple months later i find out she liked me

lol same thing happened to me too. i can only look at ppl who im rly close w or ppl who r rly ugly. any1 else is a no go.

Try to look people in the eyes while talking to them you ll get used to it over time and wont be that scared. Worked for me

For strangers just keep looking at people and learn their reactions
You will start to understand signals
Keep looking when you get a positive signal

For people you know just look them dead in their eyes most to show them you care what they are saying

one time i was conversing w this one girl n i tried rly hard to maintain eye contact. i noticed that it was periodic yk? like she would look for 3-4 secs then glance away n i did the same to not be weird. is staring constantly creepy or weird? should i be glancing away every so often?

If women end the conversation and look away before you consistently they are either not interested in anything you have to say or they dont like your face. They should keep looking in your eyes when your conversing. Also depends on the setting

Propranolol helps me a lot. Giga safe drug (as long as you don’t have asthma) and easily prescribed by your primary physician legally for physical symptoms of anxiety during situational anxiety mostly. Stops you from appearing nervous. Dose it 10mg up to 3 times a day as needed, 20 and 40mg gives a stronger effect. Above 40/day will cause more issues like low libido and even lower testosterone if you are a natural.

Try training it start with people that are not really attractive so you dont get anxious and then go to attractive ones
