Eyelash-maxxing and PFL length

Do large eyelashes increase perceived PFL? I noticed Chico has a lot of eyelash projection from the side and it does a lot for his perceived PFL. Can anyone who has grown their eyelashes through latisse, minox or castor oil comment on this?

dont do it for perceived pfl length , long full eyelashes look dope and girls love them just try to maxx them for that reason
