How do i fix this, its only in one eye

You should focus on your acne first thats a minute detail
Try these 5 things for those little shits
make a warm compress and apply to your eyelids for a few minutes, it will help the muscule
gently massage the area, be gentle as to not irritate ur skin
Drinking enough water? Hydrating your skin/eye?
Looking at too many screens? These things can cause squinting, contriubuting to creasing

Acne in that picture is not visible, the sports there have always been there

I think i do drink enought water
I look at screens the whole day
I sleep on my left side to fix asymetries(the eye there is the left one)
 
Quit sleeping on your left side, that is the main thing for this, quit looking at screens or try some blue light filters or shits because that can cause that, drink more water than you t hink you are drinking, always good (not too much jfl)
But yeah sleeping on your side is retarded we are meant to sleep on our back
