Rhinoplasty cannot change the IPD, although narrowing the bridge of the nose could make the intercanthal distance appear wider, and therefore give the illusion of a wider IPD.

Its exactly the opposite actually. A more defined nasal bridge and nasion gives the illusion of closer set eyes.

This is exactly what I meant with fixing, higher nose bridge would make IPD look smaller

My eyebrows are neutral, they're naturally high set
