I have eye asymmetry and was wondering that if I use a eye patch on the eye that has more upper eyelid exposure, will it build the muscles to hide the eye lid more and become more even with the other eye?

There is muscles at your upper eye so if I just train one eye more it will build muscle which will hide the eyelid exposure
