Eyes being half closed

I see photos of myself and it looks like my eyes are half closed, I asked my friends about it and they said it always looks like that and that I even look "High" a lot of the time. As anyone else ever experienced this? And is there anything I could do to have them to permantly be more open?

there are eye training solutions, just search on YouTube lazy eye fix or sum, some extreme cases need surgery, and it may not even be ur problem here, DYR
