Eyes changing every summer, how do I fix this?

My eyes got ´rounder’, I got stress lines and I lost this reddish look on my under-eyes. Every summer this happens but I haven’t gone out in a week

Go to a doctor? Idk if anyone in here has finished anythiny medical in university, or better yet ask chatgpt
