When people look at a face the first thing they notice are the eyes. They dont look at the eyebrows, the color, the shape, or the lashes. They look at everything combined. You have to fully maximize every part of these as much as you can and some of them arent even possible to looksmax without hardmaxxing like the shape or the color of your eyes. While a jaw can be better set with some softmaxxes. Your eyes need alot of work and care.

It's near impossible to improve your eye area surgically without significant risks whereas it is possible to get a good jaw and chin through surgery even if starting from the point of being recessed. There's also a lot of nuance with what makes eyes beautiful down to colouring, shape and expression they convey. You can express many things without saying a word by looking at someone. There is a good reason why eyes are said to be the mirror of the soul.
