My eyes have had a slight bloodshot this month, yes i havent eaten for roughly 30 days but that wouldn’t necessarily bloodshot eyes.

My water intake is above average and my stimuli is normal.

What can cause the red/ yellow eyes.

If it is food, how do i safely eat to get back into the safe white eye range.

Idk it could a host of things

Inflamed scleras are a sign of poor health overall, just use Lumify and forget about it I guess

If they're yellow and not red you have a bigger issue to worry about

Oh no its not that bad

As you can see theres slight redness which is slowly spreading throughout the eye, even when the skin is not stretched its still visible

Oh yeah just use artificial tears it's not too bad

Thank you very much. Ill use some eye drops to remove it and slowly improve my diet as not eating may have added a slight cause of this
