It seems like you have NCT, but I think it's just the angle of the video. You also look kinda young so if I was you I would wait few years before doing anything. I would recommend checking out supraorbital and infraorbital implants and even fat augmentation to reduce UEE a bit (but for that you need first the supraorbital implants). As I said idk your age but you look kinda young for all that stuff, which is a good thing because you have plenty of time and you can focus on things like heightmaxxing for example. All in all, you look good though
