Implants alone are sufficient when the deficiency is skeletal. Fat grafting is only indicated if there is soft tissue atrophy. I think the psycho look mostly depends on how skilled the surgeon is

yeah i tried to look into the light so it would be better visible, but fairly my uee isn't that bad but nerfs you know, so fat grafting when older and for know just waiting?
