For softmaxxes groom your eyebrows, if your looking to do surgery in the future I'd recommend canthoplasty ( but i would need a better picture since your eyes may look negative in certain angles even if they're neutral/positive). infra orbital implants, and if your brow ridge is flat or recessed get supra implants otherwise get upper blepharoplasty for your uee. mark as solution

Eye area is mostly genetic, therefore most of the times to enhance the appearance drastically is through surgicial procedures.

by fixable, if we mean from this eye area to atleast presentable you have a couple options
for your t50 eyes you can get contacts
you can get facial fat grafting for your uee (you dont have that much i believe this image doesnt do it justice)
then you get to the more complex procedures
for your undereyes, it might be a maxillary problem so i would look into that
your eyes appear close set here, so maybe obo? it is very expensive though, atleast in the current market
if youre dedicated enough i trully think you can improve it
and you keep whining about your height, youre 15 nigga just do all the bluepill cope and see where you land when youre fully developed, then get LL if it REALLY bothers you
